Default Dual Attunement Elementalist Builds

Ho Hum, making this thread seeing how there are a lot of Dual attunement builds popping up, thanks to Nash highlighting the massive reduction in energy they get you. thought i'd throw my creation into the hat and produce this:
Class: Elementalist / Monk

Assumed items:
+3 to Fire Magic

Attributes: (cost)
Energy Storage: 8 (37)
Fire Magic: 12+3 (97)
Smiting Prayers: 10 (61)

Total attribute points used: 195/200


Skills:
1) Fireball - (15,2,10) Fireball flies toward target foe and explodes on impact, striking for 112 fire damage in an area.
2) Incendiary Bonds - (15,2,15) After 3 seconds, target foe and nearby foes are struck for 60 fire damage and are set on fire for 3 seconds.
3) Rodgort's Invocation - (25,5,15) You invoke the power of Rodgort at target foe's location. All enemies near this location are struck for 112 fire damage and are set on fire for 3 seconds.
4) Phoenix - (15,3,25) A fiery phoenix rises at your location, striking nearby foes for 112 fire damage, and flies out to your target, exploding on impact. This explosion strikes for an additional 90 fire damage.
5) Elemental Attunement (elite) - (10,2,60) For 45 seconds, you are attuned to air, fire, water, and earth. You gain 50% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use magic associated with any of these elements. This is an elite skill.
6) Fire Attunement - (10,2,60) For 60 seconds, you are attuned to fire. You gain 30% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use Fire Magic.
7) Vengeance - (10,4,60) Bring target dead ally back to life at full health and full energy. After 30 seconds, or if this enchantment is removed, the enchanted ally dies. Deaths while enchanted with Vengeance do not incur a death penalty.
8) Scourge Healing - (10,2,5) For 30 seconds, every time target foe is healed, the healer takes 58 holy damage.

Simply, a horrendous damage dealer for PvE. Main weakness - crappy casting times - there isnt a single spell that takes less than 2 secs to cast. however, the fire damage is simply stupid, which is handy against basically all mobs in the game that i came across (except those sodding wind riders)

However, for PvP i looked more at a build like this :

Class: Mesmer / Elementalist

Assumed items:
+3 to Fast Casting

Attributes: (cost)
Fast Casting: 6 +3 (21)
Inspiration Magic: 11 (77)
Fire Magic: 12 (97)

Total attribute points used: 195/200


Skills:

7) Power Drain - (5,1,25) If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and you gain 23 energy.
8) Mantra of Resolve - (10,0,20) For 74 seconds, you cannot be interrupted, but each time you would have been interrupted, you lose 3 energy or Mantra of Resolve ends.

essentially the same, but lower fire damage output in return for much lower chance of being interrupted, however, this build has some energy constraints, so consider inspired enchantment or hex instead of mantra of resolve. the fastcasting should let you get most of your spells off anyways. I haven't tried this character in PvP yet, but i would be quite interested to see how it turns out.
